Will I need to show your auditors my trade secrets?

No. But the auditors will need to understand what your basic area of activity is in order to understand the processes and workflows. We have a standard NDA that we sign for our customers.  

How much time does the audit take?

Three business days for teams of up to 30 developers.  

How must I prepare my team?

You don't have to prepare them. Some team members will have to allocate 90 minute time slots to be interviewed by our auditor.  

When will the be report ready?

Within 30 days.  

What about international customers?

Members of the audited team must speak English, although not necessarily as a mother tongue. They must speak at a basic level and show a willingness to communicate. The report is always done in English.  

What does the report contain?

It contains observations on the situation of your team regarding people, tools and processes. It includes a grading relative to other players in the industry.  

How much does it cost?

$10,000 per a team of up to 30 developers. The report is presented to 3 addressees.  You can pay $50 per extra addressees.  

What is an addressee?

Our report is a trade secret and a personal copy is given to every person for whom the report is requested. Distributing or disclosing the report is not allowed, if the report is to be shared with more people then more personal copies must be purchased at $50 each.
